MY OWN BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE
i have a younger sister who is not fit at all, she sits on the computer and eats, and she eat like one whole bar of chocolate in less then 2 seconds. i find it really anooying seeing her be this chubby because i wish when i was younger and had these habits, that i had a older sibling to tell me this is wrong, and by now i wouldnt have this problem with my weight. i try telling her that what she does is bad but she gets mad and says she doesnt care. so my solution was to have a competition with her. I got inspired by the biggest loser. Our competition is to see who can loose the most weight in a month. We weigh in every weekend. and whoever wins that weeks weigh in gets a little prize and advantage . And the ultimate winner at the end of month gets money from the loser and has to do all the chores for a week !
So i hope this motivates her since it involves my money, and i am super motivated cause i want her money and i wnana make her do my chores:P

NEED TO START CALORIE COUNTING
lately i have been super lazy and decided to not count calories. I alway just guess how much every meal is , which isnt accurate at all, and i am scared i under estimate how much i really eat , so starting today i am calorie counting, hopefully this will help with my weightloss :D
